Hey everyone,
I am glad to show you my first build, that I want to share with you!
As you can see, it is a small starter house.
It was originally built for two young men. In this game, I didn’t want to use money cheats - that’s why it is furnished with cheap and simple furniture, as you can see down below. It costs less than 20K Simoleons, so it is affordable for your just-made sims!
I wanted it to be designed in black and white tones, with a purple accent - as I said, I created it for two young men, and also, I want to share this house with my friend who loves the color purple. Tbh it was hard for me because usually, I create more colorful houses.
The last thing I want to say is how much I love the small terrace/backyard in the back part of the house. I mean, it’s really tiny, but I find it cute and useful.

Installation:
- unzip the folder
- put the files into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
- done! :)
