The Sims 2 House - Cute Apartment Building Speedbuild + CC list

 Hello,

today I am showing you a house I built in The Sims 2. It is an apartment building, which has 3 floors with one apartment on each. This Sims 2 Apartment building is significant in that every apartment has a different main color. We have three apartments - pink, orange, and grey.

I recorded a speed build video of building these apartments. It is divided into two parts because it took me a long time to build these. In fact, it was more than 8 hours in real-time!

Public Parking Lot and How to Make It Functional

Hey!

Today I am here with a new downloadable lot for you! 

I really like this type of lots, that are not being really needed in The Sims 2 game itself but add realism to it. I mean, it doesn’t do much in the game but you can say In my head It will do this… Am I the only one who likes this kind of stuff? These parking lots, bus stations, hospitals (since in The Sims 2 sims don’t go to hospital), etc. 

On this lot, there are several parking spots, public toilets, and something like a bus stop which is actually just a house for the phone booth lol. 

I made it no CC, but in my game, I use some mods and CC to make it functional. I will tell you how to do it the same.

I have the UC so there may be things from different EPs and SPs. If you write it in the comments I can do better research on which exact packs do you need. ❤️

Which mods do I use?

MogHughson’s Park in the Car Park Mod - makes you able to use driveways on community lots.

MogHughson’s Decorative Parking Spaces - with random cars parked - spawn cars on your parking lots.

roddyaleixo’s Invisible Driveway & Extensions so the driveway is not visible and you only see the flooring that you use. To make this work you need to download the CEP by Numenor if you don’t use that already.

When you download all of these, you just place them on the lot, which is pretty intuitive. Also on the modthesims pages of each download, there are tutorials on how to use it.

• There is a place for one driveway and one extension on the lot, I use the invisible ones.
• The invisible driveway is just a recolor of the Maxis driveway so it is placed in build mode in the garage stuff as well as the decorative parking spaces.
• There are four places marked with the dashed line for the decorative parking spaces. I personally use the blank ones, but the other ones are nice as well.

The Sims 2 Yoga Studio

Lately I've been in love with The Sims 2. 

Here on my blog you'll find my The Sims 2 journal, where I will be uploading pictures of my game - currently I play the pre-made neighborhood Pleasantview! And the other The Sims 2 related thing here will be my builds I am building at the moment for my custom hood.

  

So, let's get started with my very first The Sims 2 related post - my Yoga Studio!

I built this lot for my custom hood. This is how it looks from the outside.

I wanted a lot of flowers/trees on the outside and on the inside too! I really love the ivies I put on the walls. There is also a pool with a water slide.

On the first floor, there is one gym, a bathroom, a "kitchen" where can people take a drink or a quick snack, a coffee bar where they can buy a coffee, and a changing room.

On the second floor, there is one large gym, one small gym for private classes, and a waiting room.

There is also a massage table for people who came here to see a physiotherapist.

On the third floor, there is one small gym and a nice balcony.
